Stamping

RKMetals produces metal stampings off of progressive, compound and hand transfer dies. With 20 presses to 400 tons we produce blanks, brackets and deep drawn parts out of a variety of materials. We routinely run CRS, HRS, EDDS, HSLA, Copper, Brass, Aluminum, Stainless Steel and Galvanized material.

FLATS-We run and stack metal blanks to be used in transfer press applications. Metal shims, clips, spacers and washers are run daily.

BRACKETS- We manufacture anchor brackets with coined web-slots and retractor bases out of HSLA for the safety restraint industry. We manufacture connectors out of copper and CRS that are used in starters, alternators and generators for the automotive, heavy truck and construction industries.

DEEP DRAWN STAMPING- We manufacture a variety of deep drawn stampings, from ferrules used in the hand tool industry to various caps and plugs used in the automotive industry to simple spring retainers.
